Irony

Remember in 2004 and the run-up to that election. According to one group things were so bad we couldn't afford to stay the course. Now things have gotten better in some areas (economy) and worse in others (Iraq) and who's to know what would have happened if we had changed course.

Now here in Michigan, in 2006, we are faced with another stay the course proposal. And now its the group that saw everything going wrong 2 years ago that can't see the problems our state faces. Now despite all the blunders and broken promises we are supposed to stay the course and keep Jenny in Lansing.

Irony is such a funny thing isn't it.
