This judge should be sent to prison.

How can you not send someone to prison for being "too small". They committed a crime. Prison is not for big people who commit crimes, it's for all people who do. So now, this guy can do whatever he wants because as long as he pulls this judge, he won't be going to prison. He'll just pull out the "I'm too small for prison" card and be given probation.

The only way he shouldn't be given probation or prison time is if he is immediately and summarily put to death. Of course, that should happen just for the crime he committed -- sexually assaulting a child. There is no crime lower and no crime that should be more severely punished.

Unbelievable. If it were my child, I wouldn't mind because I would be able to get to him much more easily at his home.

I think the judge should have to endure what the victim's parents' have gone through.
